Get ready for a lively evening of culture and community at our 2026 African Community Celebration & Fundraiser on Friday, September 18^th.

The festivities will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the 6^th floor here at the Health Center, located at 161 Jackson Street. You can expect an evening of great food, music, and more – all to support the important work the Health Center does on behalf of our nearly 40,000 patients in Greater Lowell.

This year, we’re focused on raising funds for key Patient Support Services, like health insurance enrollment, care navigation, health education, and more – all delivered with culturally responsive practices in 70+ languages. Your participation ensures care is truly accessible.

Bring your friends, your family, and your dancing shoes for a powerful evening in the spirit of Ubuntu - the belief that our humanity is bound together through compassion, empathy and showing kindness towards others.
